		<description>I took my computer into Brian at Willamette technical because it was randomly turning off and on. He fixed it promptly and returned it to me in a short period of time. It was affordable and he returned it to me cleaner than it ever has been! What impressed me the most was that his employee called me a couple days later to make sure bthat everything was working ok and that I was completely satisfied. Not only that, but he continued to check in with me throughout the month. That is definitely service that goes above and beyond. I highly recommend him!</description>

		<description>You are doing a good job with quick and friendly response. They never talk down to you. Brian has helped update our systems, excellent customer service works well with the computer illiterate as well as the tech savvy, great problem solving skills, great visual word pictures to help explain complex digital systems.</description>

		<description>You guys are so GREAT!!!  It truly was a pleasure doing business with you.  I already told a few of my friends about your company, so, -- I told them to go see your business first before going to Best Buy, for any computer needs or fixes.    
 
Had I left it at Best Buy, I am sure that I still would not have it back, yet.      Sad, but probably true.

2- He showed up on time.
3- He came prepared with replacement parts just in case.
4- He did what he said he was going to do.

		<description>I was at ShowBiz yesterday and my stupid power point wasn&#039;t working, the main focal point of our booth!  I grabbed Brian who came over and happily worked on it for me then brought Chris into the ring as well.  They spent about 20 min. on my computer, getting it set up for me (I lack computer skills, I can admit it!).  They came back throughout the day to make sure it was working the way I wanted it to, they&#039;re awesome!  Thanks guys!</description>

Every once in a while a business takes such good care of its customers that it makes us all sit up and take notice.

Willamette Technical is one of those businesses.  In September, I had a rotten, awful, no-good, really-bad day. On that day, all THREE of my computers decided to misbehave, all with unrelated issues.  It was a busy client day, and I desperately needed my computers to run.

Brian and Brent of Willamette Technical came to my rescue!  At one point, both of them were at my studio, busily working to restore my computers.  They got them up and running before my first client arrived.

Here&#039;s the thing:  They actually LOVE working on that blasted hardware.  And it shows.  They are competent and caring, and they saved me that day.  I brought them back out to correct a couple of long-standing issues, and again, they were able to quickly make my computers run more smoothly than ever.
